Job Description

Position: Oracle consultant/developer

Duration: 3+ Months

The client seeks a senior Oracle consultant/developer with expert Endeca Developer Studio experience.

Note: Resource must be onsite in Wilkes-Barre, PA. No remote work.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years experience developing with Oracle in a database environment.
2. 5+ years experience developing with Endeca Developer Studio.
3. Expert knowledge of Endeca Developer Studio capabilities, integrations, and functional implications to provide technical and business direction.
4. Broad Oracle tool experience and knowledge including RAC, Dataguard, ASM, RMAN.
5. Development experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Jquery, SQL, PL/SQL.
6. Experience conducting functional capabilities assessment and providing prioritized recommendations in roadmap format.
7. Knowledge of Oracle structure to provide recommendations on maximizing system components and license use.
8. Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical, business, and end-user audiences.
9. Experience with the full Agile software development lifecycle.
10. Experience with Database maintenance including monitoring and maintenance tasks.
11. Familiarity with architecture, both logical and physical design.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience as a team lead or manager of a development team.
2. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
