You must have:
- J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
Candidates should have:
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Proven ability to manage complex cases
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
- Passion for workers comp litigation
The preference for this position is that the attorney hired for this position spends 3+ days in the office each week. Opportunities to work remotely may arise once the attorney gains a basic understanding of the firm systems and team processes.
Salary will be determined based on years of experience, but all associate attorneys at Drew Eckl & Farnham have the opportunity to receive quarterly and annual bonuses based on billable hours.
