Program Director ICTT (Full Time)

Pay Range: 70k-80k

The Community Support and Recovery Services program is looking for a Team Leader for our Integrated Community Treatment Team (ICTT), a multidisciplinary team who works collaboratively with adults experiencing serious mental illness to empower them to make choices, attain life goals, build relationships, and take part in their communities. This is done in the most integrated and independent way possible by focusing on our clients' strengths and values, we provide culturally competent, flexible, coordinated, and accountable person-centered services.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the ICTT team. This includes coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, and support services in collaboration with the team to prevent crisis situations that may lead to psychiatric hospitalizations.
  • Perform crisis intervention, staff supervision and consultation and utilize safe crisis management techniques during normal business hours.
  • Review assessments and recovery plans for appropriate clinical content and oversee management of EHR records ensure compliance with various policies and requirements.
  • Ensure monthly density requirements are met for billing purposes.
  • Establish effective relationships with clients, families, and other community providers and human service providers to ensure quality of care.

Qualification & Skills:

  • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCDP, or RN
  • 2-3 years solid community-based experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
