Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Upper Saddle River, New Jersey
Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year + bonus
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Summary:
Vaco Staffing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for our esteemed client. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial strategy and support key business decisions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage corporate P&L, Cash forecasts, annual budgets, and 5-Year Strategic Plans
• Create and present insightful financial reports to senior stakeholders
• Drive process improvements within Finance & Accounting
• Support Investor Relations through preparation of materials and presentations
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis using various modeling and business analysis methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft D365 (advantageous)
