Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling direct-hire staffing services in both blue-collar and white-collar job markets. As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing services.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Present our staffing services and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the job market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales of direct hire staffing services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of both blue-collar and white-collar job markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
