About The Role
As a Web Designer, you will be an integral part of the Digital Media team at JPMS. You will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop/execute scalable front-end solutions that enhance our customer experience. The Web Designer will assist in the implementation and ongoing support of digital projects while adhering to our brand guidelines and reinforcing our company identity.
What You Will Do
- Design and build Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and A++ content
- Collaborate with the team to develop scalable front-end solutions
- Build and maintain website updates
- Design and prepare email marketing campaigns
- Upload and tag digital assets to repository(ies)
- Test and optimize digital experiences

What You'll Need:
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital and web software
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices
- Working knowledge of Amazon's guidelines for EBC and A++ content
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
- Working knowledge of accessibility + SEO best practices
- Proactive, creative thinker
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with design files
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field preferred
Experience:
- 3 years' experience in a web designer role
- 1 year experience working within Magento 2 environment
- 1 year experience in building + maintaining Amazon Storefront(s) using A++ Content
- Beauty industry experience preferred
Competitive Compensation:
- The expected hourly range for this position is $31.25-$36.06/hour.
- Discretionary Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance.
