McLean Contracting Company is looking to hire a self- motived, detail-oriented Equipment Services Administrator to join our service team in the Baltimore, MD area. Equipment Services Administrators are responsible for the overall administrative support of the Equipment Services Team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Has a strong knowledge of computer systems and software.

Maintains corporate equipment database.

Prepares monthly equipment billing for the Company.

Tracks and transfers equipment between projects and yards.

Gathers and inputs equipment meter readings into preventative maintenance system.

Generates preventative maintenance work orders and assists shop Superintendents with work order closeout.

Oversees the oil sampling program.

Coordinates rental equipment procurement, setup, and return.

Processes and approves rental equipment invoicing.

Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED), five plus (5+) years related experience within the heavy equipment industry. Good working knowledge of heavy equipment and basic preventative maintenance is preferred. Previous contractor, heavy equipment dealership or rental house experience highly valued.

Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation to work and able to pass a physical. Must be able to pass a Homeland Security background check to qualify for a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
