Overview:Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a part-time Human Resources Temp to join the Human Resources team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters. This assignment will run from November through beginning of January at 20 hours per week.RESPONSIBILITIES :Provide general administrative support to the Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations teamOwn the initial onboarding system review for all new hiresManage the general HR inbox, distributing emails to relevant team members and responding to general inquiriesMaintain the HR employee trackerTerminationsInitiate the IT notification processDistribute offboarding informationFollow-up on departure report submissionsNew HiresFollow-up on acknowledgment formsCreate and maintain digital employee-filesSend Welcome emailsWeekly global HRIS maintenanceAdding new hiresRemoving TermsProcessing any change of status, promos, compensation changes that occurred in the prior weekAdding new departments/locationsSupport any other ad hoc projects for the HR team as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree or equivalent related experienceDetail oriented and organizedProcess and efficiency drivenAbility to take direction and operate independently, exercising discretion and confidentialityPrior HRIS and/or HR admin experience a plusSALARY:The compensation for this position ranges from $24-25 per hour.
