IT Concepts is seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to support ITC and our customer through award and development. The customer supports warfighters, policy makers, and intelligence professionals in support of national security. We are seeking a dynamic, interpersonal, and experienced Storage Administrator to join our growing team.

The Storage Administrator will move ("replicate") data and products among networks, providing dissemination support from all Agency networks to appropriate domains, and loading data/products to Gateway networks. The Storage Administrator will work on a team that transfers Agency products, information, data, and web content for dissemination on Agency and coalition networks. We are seeking both junior and mid-level Administrators.

Responsibilities:

  1. Select, transfer, and load items to Agency networks.
  2. Select, transfer, and load items from one security or network domain to another security or network domain.
  3. Transfer selected items and load to the correct location on the server, ensuring indexes, metadata, and other supporting information is updated as needed.
  4. Document transfer and perform quality assurance for all items transferred.
  5. Identify products/data to be transferred and loaded by the requested “effective by” date. Perform quality assurance of all items transferred and loaded including text, images, hyperlinks, metadata, and HTML meta-tags and ensure that all items are properly presented by the web browser.
  6. Serve as a final human reviewer of items to be released to the target security/network domain.
  7. Ensure appropriate records of data and information transferred are created and maintained.
  8. Capture, maintain, and accumulate statistics that show quantities and timelines for products and data transferred from one domain to another domain.
  9. Provide weekly status to Content Management & Services Management detailing activities and accomplishments.
  10. Ad hoc data transfer requests.
  11. Coordination with International Liaisons and Continuity of Operations (COOP) support.
  12. Reliable Human Review (RHR) for all networks Legacy products transfers.
  13. Info sharing products on Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR).
  14. Plan, direct, or coordinate transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.
  15. Submit requirements within Service+ for any compute, storage, database, SharePoint, or Tableau infrastructure provisioning.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. At least two years of relevant experience as Storage Administrator.
  3. Experience using web-based technologies and markup languages (HTML and Web Systems Concepts).
  4. Strong oral and written communication to present to Government customer.
  5. Capable of planning and scheduling against multiple competing priorities and suspenses.
  6. Experience with Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting & Analysis, Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) Markings and Implementation.
  7. Experience using multi-tiered systems and communication between components.
  8. Experience using Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage using System and Storage architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Using Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) tools to load data into databases and into disk storage tools to extract data from databases.

Clearance Requirements:

Active TS/SCI and willing and able to get CI Polygraph.
