Our client’s Global Insurance Department is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of significant insurance coverage experience to join their Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating first and third-party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims, including taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential. TX Bar admission is required.
The team handles complex matters for insurance industry clients throughout the United States and globally, representing clients in bad faith, casualty & specialty products, professional liability, property, and reinsurance matters.
