A strong candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience - Manufacturing / Production
• Prior strong Site Manager experience (or equivalent)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Motivation to work as part of a diverse team
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
• Operations and People expertise
• Spanish language skills (preferred)
