Litigation Associate

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 to 8 years of bona fide experience in litigating insurance defense matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Significant independent experience in handling all aspects of pre-trial discovery
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• New Jersey Bar Admission required
• New York Bar Admission helpful
