Job Requirements / Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Facilitates Level 1 computer support in all facets of HI&T operations, networking, telephony, and systems integration. This position also aids where necessary to systems analysts and engineers and special projects as necessary.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Associate Degree in MIS, ICS, comparable degree, or high school diploma with at least 5 years' experience in Information Systems/Technology field preferred
3. A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required
4. A valid Driver's License and daily access to an automobile required
