Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients and other team members to move matters toward resolution efficiently • Contemporaneously memorialize discussions and decisions, and record your time, in our electronic case management system • Draft a high-quality, timely work product (correspondence, estate planning documents with customized provisions, court petitions, strategy recommendations, settlement agreements, etc.) • Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and their advisors • Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor/review their work Qualifications: • Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years • 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position • Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 yearly
