We're seeking a Digital & IT Sales Executive to join our growing Healthcare/Life Science Practice and sell the full suite of Concord's services and solutions – Digital Experience (Salesforce, Headless Commerce, UI/UX), Data and Analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, Martech Analytics), and Engineering and Application Services (Application Modernization, Greenfield Apps, Portal Buildout, etc.) to Healthcare Providers/Payers organizations.
This role will focus on pursuing accounts within the Healthcare sector (Payer, Provider, Medtech). In this role, you will collaborate with the delivery and pre-sales teams to support all sales efforts.
Our ideal candidate is customer-centric, results-oriented, and possesses a strong drive to exceed expectations in a hunter role. This individual will be a proactive and strategic thinker, able to effectively communicate our brand and deeply understand client needs.
Responsibilities
- Leverage referral partners, channel partners, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline within specific solution verticals.
- Collaborate with key accounts to deliver product solutions, generate new business, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients, fostering strong and positive relationships.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively seek and acquire new clients through diverse channels.
- Demonstrate a hunter mentality by aggressively pursuing new market opportunities and expanding territory.
- Successfully achieve both new and existing quota targets.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and closing deals for healthcare solutions and services. Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire healthcare (provider) new logos.
- Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions.
- Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking.
- Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
Additional information
- Preferred location: East Coast (NJ) or West Coast (SoCal), or at one of our office locations (Minneapolis, Richmond, Kansas City, or Dallas).
- Must be willing to travel to client sites and other locations.
- Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship.
- Salary: Base Salary + Variable Commissions
