Our client, a reputable financial services entity, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common spaces, including pantries, lunchrooms, and restrooms. The Hospitality Specialist will ensure a welcoming and well-organized environment for employees and guests while also assisting with basic office support tasks.


Responsibilities:


Pantry & Inventory Management:


  • Receive and stock goods for the pantry.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the supervisor regarding items that need to be ordered.
  • Wipe down all surfaces in the pantry and lunchroom as needed.


Dish Management:


  • Manage dirty dishes by loading/unloading the dishwasher, running it as necessary.
  • Ensure coffee and tea are available throughout the day and replenish when required.


Lunchroom Maintenance:


  • Organize the lunchroom, replenish paper goods and condiments.
  • Remove trash, break down boxes for recycling, and place in the designated location.


Bathroom Maintenance:


  • Regularly check bathrooms, ensuring they are stocked with soap, towels, and feminine products.
  • Spot clean mirrors and wipe down countertops as needed.


Support with Lunch & Conference Room Setup:


  • Assist with lunch setup and breakdown when required.
  • Help set up and turnover conference rooms.


Reception Assistance:


  • Provide backup reception duties as needed, including greeting guests and answering calls.


Additional Duties:


  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned, such as assisting with room setups and any special requests.


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in hospitality, office services, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Comfortable with light physical work, including lifting and moving items, cleaning, and organizing.
