Rental Agent For Real Estate

The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:

1. Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property.
2. Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal.
3. Validate all personal references and rental application information.
4. Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts.
5. Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with leasing regulations.
2. Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems.
3. Proven track of successful sales record.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:

Up to $120,000
