CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEWe are a commercial printing company in search of a full-time on-site customer service representative who is responsible for assisting customers placing printing orders. Candidates must be upbeat, motivated and happy to work with our customers.Essential Responsibilities Answer telephone calls and emails in order to process and check on print orders Utilize Quickbooks to process orders and invoices for customers Process credit card payments and UPS shipping labels Write purchase orders and communicate with vendor partners Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations Assist in other departments if the need arisesBenefits: We offer health insurance for full-time employees AFLAC and company 401k plan available Paid time offExperience: Customer service experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate Teamwork oriented Excellent time management and communication skills Computer/technical skills this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, multi-line telephones, photocopiers,scanners and fax machines Some work requires lifting, bending and climbing stairsSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break 40 hour work weekSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
