Media Sales Director

Package: £55000 - £65000 per annum + car or allowance + high OTE + benefits

Role:

Resolve Recruitment Services are proud to be working with one of Europe's largest and most successful media groups. Due to internal progression, their Midlands division require and experienced and driven Media Sales Director to oversee and continue to build this lucrative territory and the teams within it.

Duties:

• Business planning and management, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Delivery of Revenue and performance targets
• Planning and delivering customer focused Strategy
• Providing on-the-job and classroom training to aid in the development of your team
• Manage a best-in-class sales team including coaching, feedback delivering and development

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial and sales leadership roles essential
• Experience managing and training a sales team/teams
• Knowledge of delivering marketing strategies / trends analysis
