Pride Health is hiring Compensation Analyst for one of its clients in Rochester, MN
This is a permanent assignment with competitive pay and benefits.
Title: Compensation Analyst
Location - Kansas City MO 64108 -Hybrid
Length of assignment - FTE
Pay range - & 52000- $59,00 per Anum
Shift - Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm 8-hour shifts
Job Duties
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR activities, such as training sessions, meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Participates in the design, implementation and administration of various compensation programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- 3+ years' experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of a computerized HRIS.
