Responsibilities:

1. Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards.
2. Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention.
3. Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales.
4. Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team.
5. Team Sales.
6. Individual sales.
7. Database.
8. Grow your division.
9. Coach and train.

Qualifications:

1. Superb customer service and communication skills.
2. Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team.
3. A real estate license is required.
4. Brokers license or ability to obtain one.
5. Commission opportunity.
6. Sales experience.
7. Must live within daily driving distance of the office.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions.
