Summary: United Construction Services, LLC. is a general contractor and civil subcontractor that services the power, energy, and utility infrastructure markets. The Construction CEO is responsible for the overall operation of the organization, including:
- Providing leadership and direction to ensure the company’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives are achieved
- Working with executive staff to set goals and arrange programs to achieve them
- Expanding the company
- Driving profitability.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in collaboration with senior leadership
- Provide visionary leadership and guidance to all departments and employees
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective performance
- Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing mentorship and support
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in business management and operations
