Title: Project Coordinator, Bond Release
DFM Development Services continues to grow our team to better serve our clients. We are seeking to hire a full-time Coordinator to assist with our growing Bond Release Services division. The preferred candidate will have relevant working experience in the land development and site development industries, strong customer service, and a clear understanding of the bond release process.

Responsibilities:
- Site visits to document the project status
- Meetings with County personnel
- Manage and communicate with utility companies
- Observe construction activities in the field
- Prepare and deliver bond documents to County and State jurisdictions
- Utilize computer software to organize project documents
- Generate digital copy of punch lists and associated plans to send to clients
- Support Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers
- Review construction plans and plats
- Fill out and submit bond extensions, applications, and related documents
- Request proposals from vendors and subcontractors
- Help obtain jurisdiction bond-related documents and files
Qualifications:
- At a minimum 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding, or real estate development industries
- Strong professional communicator and organizational skills
- Experience using office technology suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with reading construction plans
