Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be crucial to the HR department's success, offering expert support in onboarding, HR relations, operations, and payroll while showcasing strong leadership abilities. This position will aid in the creation and implementation of HR strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing a high-performing, motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's recruitment skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, providing guidance, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of mutual respect.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Streamline HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • English C1/C2
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment with a track record of successfully filling various roles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in recruitment, including team management and mentorship
  • Prior HR management experience, including knowledge of performance management, employee development, and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and documentation
  • Experience in payroll processing and a solid understanding of payroll systems
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
  • Proficiency in handling employee relations matters, with a focus on conflict resolution and communication.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus
