Publishing AR Specialist Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11537 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 9-4:3pm Central Responsibilities Responsible for the credit and collection process for past due customer balances, and backup for all positions within the dept to coordinate accurate and timely handling of all customer accounts, ensuring quality customer service while supporting the Publishing & Professional Education Solutions (PES) revenue goals yet maintaining the established days outstanding for receivables. Serve as backup Oracle Super User for Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections modules. Responsible for collection of past due customer balances by working closely with all Credit and Collection Reps. Ensure credit is granted or refused based on policy as a guideline yet flexible to support the division revenue goals. Responsible for the collection and follow-up of past due accounts. Responsible for making credit decisions on releasing Publishing orders. Responsible for release and collection of all Evergreen orders. Responsible to monitor and if determined assistance is needed to provide backup for the workflow of the Billing Customer Service and Credit and Collection staff to result in a well-qualified, empowered, informed and productive work team.
