Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $55/hr on C2C (Max)

Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, GC-EAD, OPT-EAD, L2-EAD, TN Visa

Job Description:

Daily Activities:

1. Responsible for providing support for Commercial Ordering department to support all the Ordering and Shipping Activities via EDI.
2. Proactively gather, analyze, and document requirements for data mapping, workflows, and logical processes interfacing with other systems.
3. Assist the business team with establishing a scope of work to be completed.
4. Create, develop, and maintain partner related documentation, communication and materials in partnership with appropriate business stakeholders.
5. Participate in release planning and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC as it pertains to integration related deliverables.
6. Perform Gap Analysis; assess feasibility and impact of modifying integrations.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Science environment experience.
2. Must have a complete understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Order to Cash functionality.
3. Must have experience with some of the North American/Ansi X12 EDI Messages that our client uses for order processing: 850, 856, 812, 180; chargeback related messages: 844, 845, 849; and some custom messages.
4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to develop relationships with the EDI Teams at our distributors is essential.
6. Experience with our North American EDI service bureau Open Text/GXS a plus.
7. Experience with Oracle B2B a plus.
