Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Employers Options is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Provide direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers
- Assist and help resolve all customer needs quickly and accurately
- Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers; key pick-up requests
- Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
- Process will call orders and provide customers with invoice copies
- Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
- Manage the same day deliveries for OPCO
Position Requirements:
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
