This includes creating and maintaining new and existing accounts while meeting established goals for promoting and selling material handling solutions to ensure profitability with the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities:The following responsibilities are a general guideline and not intended to be an exhaustive list of the full scope of responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion.Grow sales volume and expand the customer base by selling material handling solutionsExceed all annual sales goals and expectations by completing sales transactions at the highest profit level possibleAbility to establish self as the subject matter expert of all products represented including significant features and benefits that may be of value to the customerBe an effective business partner to customers and prospects by understanding their business needsCoordinate activity with the territory Customer Service & Sales Representative and Account Manager for New & Used Equipment, to maximize resources effectivelyUtilize CRM system to manage territory by developing itineraries and call reports, managing prospecting and other call activity and maintaining the databaseEnsure professional development by participating in Training and other personal development programsCreate and present quotes, follow-up with leads, demonstrate product, understand and present financial merchandising solutions/alternativesEducation/Additional Requirements:Previous industry and sales experience preferredMust be Customer-centricValid Drivers License/Acceptable Driving RecordDemonstrated ability to communicate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient with MSWord, Excel and other internal applications such as CRMAdvanced organizational knowledgePersonal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Integrity, Attention to Detail, Problem SolvingField position must be open to travelQualificationsPrevious industry and sales experience preferredMust be Customer-centricValid Drivers License/Acceptable Driving RecordDemonstrated ability to communicate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient with MSWord, Excel and other internal applications such as CRMAdvanced organizational knowledgePersonal attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Integrity, Attention to Detail, Problem SolvingField position must be open to travelCompany summary: With over 30 years’ experience in the material handling industry, our organization has continued to grow year after year.
