The Role Logistics

We need support in the areas of client acquisition and sales. Our objective is to find the right people (even if you don’t have the exact experience) and really mold them into the role while supporting them as best as we can. At SellCord, we’re all about growth!

As an Account Executive, you will support our sales efforts under the guidance of the Co-Founder and main sales representative. Your varied responsibilities encompass identifying and qualifying leads, cultivating relationships, and preparing presentations and proposals. This role is an exciting mix of sales, client relations, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with huge potential for growth with reviews to look at potential compensation increases and potential bonuses based on performance. This is an exciting role for someone looking for a place to grow their talents and hone their skills in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities And Areas Of Need

  • Identify and qualify leads through strategic research and outreach efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to follow up with prospects.
  • Work closely with our Co-Founder and main sales representative to develop and implement sales strategies and funnels.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase SellCord's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for client acquisition.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Represent SellCord at various industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance our sales processes and service offerings.

Skills That Will Enable You To Thrive

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in business development or sales roles within the e-commerce industry.
  • A strong passion for sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools like HubSpot.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and achieve targets.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on e-commerce industry trends.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and client success.
