Prepares written analyses, reports, data visualizations and presentations for both internal and external customers. Provides labor market data in response to requests for information.Identifies and analyzes complex management systems and performance reporting problems and issues related to or highlighted by performance reporting for state workforce and workforce related programs including Wagner-Peyser (WP), Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Welfare Transition (WT), Food Stamp and Employment Training (FSET), Migrant Seasonal Farm Worker (MSFW) and Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) state and local.Gathers and organizes information on problems and procedures, plans and conducts studies related to these items, documents findings of these studies, and prepares recommendations for implementation of new system procedures.Validates data to ensure that performance outcome reports, within the department, to USDOL, other agencies, CareerSource Florida, Inc.
