Studio therapists will explain and provide one on one assisted stretching and that we use a scale of 1-10 to assess stretch tension. In addition, you will be taking them through a series of stretches during their 25 or 50 minute session in order to identify and reduce muscular tension and imbalances. Stretches are an open, upbeat and communal studio.
