Job Title: Client Services Associate
Job Description:
LHH is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong client service orientation, and a high standard of ethics. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively both independently and in collaboration with a team, and be proactive in managing tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Coordinate customer solutions and collaborate with operations departments to meet client needs.
  • Prepare portfolio evaluations and presentations for clients.
  • Conduct basic research to support brokers and customer inquiries.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.

  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a brokerage or financial services firm is preferred.
  • A current NASD Series 7 license and Series 63 license are a plus.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
