Performance Health is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all enterprise infrastructure and networking systems. Supports the CIO in forecasting technology requirements and upgrades to existing technology to improve efficiencies of existing systems.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer to formulate and execute IT strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Lead and manage a dynamic IT Operations Team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Drive innovation and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT Operation Department’s activities and established department goals, objectives, and operational priorities to ensure service levels and internal customer requirements are identified and consistently attained.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes and procedures, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, and Service Level Management.
- Ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
- Establish and maintain a culture of service excellence within the IT department, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mitigate risks by implementing and maintaining effective security policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery strategies, ensuring the resilience of IT systems.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT needs and align IT services with organizational requirements.
- Assist the CIO to develop and manage the IT department budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic measures.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive organizational competitiveness.
- Lead emergency response efforts to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business or related field.
- 8+ years of experience working in technology with increasing levels of responsibility.
- 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks; Capability for analyzing PC connectivity issues (i.e.: client/server architecture).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure services and server systems. Knowledge of TCP IP, MS Exchange, MS ISA and group policy; Knowledge of hotel associated systems and telephone systems will also be beneficial. In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Ability to connect quickly and communicate effortlessly with users at all levels. Demonstrated success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions and divisions to accomplish tasks and assignments.
- Proactive approach, with exceptional problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel.

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
