Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relations with accounts.
Your role
- Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
- Owning the Enterprise Informatics (EI) portfolio in your territory and clearly articulating the Enterprise Informatics story.
- Researching accounts in your territory and its affiliated hospitals’ operating models, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective for the account and supporting account strategies.
- In collaboration with your team: Sales Leadership, the Account Executive and Specialists, creating and developing a detailed account strategy for each account in your region.
- Building, cultivating, and leveraging relationships in accounts to retain and build toward a full Philips solution and product portfolio standardization.
- Acting as a single point of contact for EDI for all accounts and owning Executive level relationships in accounts in your region.
- Negotiating and overseeing development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals, and extensions.
You’re the right if
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of Hospital/IDN Field Sales experience calling on the C-level.
- You have a four-year college degree minimum.
- Your skills include a strong understanding of Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, trends, value-based health care trends, etc.
- You have a demonstrated aptitude selling diverse IT portfolio solutions preferably in the Enterprise Imaging Informatics space.
- You have demonstrated experience in strategic selling practices in large scale health care projects.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $207,250 to 237,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
