The Opportunity: We are looking for Associate Manager Marketing Analytics to join our Data Science and Advanced Analytics team. A successful candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and execute end-to-end analytical projects, a proven track record of transforming raw data into analytic insights, and provide support solving business problems through data analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Translate business problems into statistical frameworks which can then be addressed with the help of data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to address various business questions through marketing mix models, forecasting, and custom analytic projects, helping to answer a wide variety of business issues including marketing, media, pricing, and ROI optimization.
- Analyze, interpret, and craft insightful analyses that tell a ‘story’, are holistic in nature, and are actionable in driving a set of recommendations to Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional groups.
- Drive interpretation, socialization, and adoption of data-based actionable insights and support the reporting manager in institutionalizing a data-driven analytical culture.
- Design and create advanced Tableau dashboards and applications that effectively communicate data stories, model results, and provide agility to dig deeper into insights.
- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance analytical processes with a focus on automation and visualization of reporting, and help develop new analytical capabilities.
- Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules and share concerns about deliverables, timelines, and issues with the manager.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or Applied Math is required.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in quantitative marketing analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, particularly regression-based modeling, marketing mix, and exposure to segmentation, A/B testing, choice modeling, partial least squares, structural equation modeling, attribution modeling, etc.
- Analytical thinker and critical problem solver with deep business acumen and ability to connect data to business strategy.
- Ability to explain complex statistics in quick and layman’s terms.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one analytical tool (R, SAS, SQL, or Python), with additional experience in AI and ML techniques, including neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing, considered a plus.
