Social Media Manager

Los Angeles, CA Remote/Hybrid

A highly acclaimed restaurant group is seeking talented and creative social media professionals to drive sales and increase brand awareness for their chef-driven restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media calendar and campaigns.
  • Deliver brand awareness for each restaurant venue.
  • Partner with local photographers for creative content.
  • Negotiate and execute local store marketing partnerships.
  • Monitor the performance of analytics for each social platform.
  • Develop and execute a plan to increase sales at existing restaurants.
  • Research and evaluate paid media tactics that drive app downloads and restaurant traffic. Recommend, test, and evaluate efficient opportunities.
  • Use owned assets including store signage, menus, company app, website, and email marketing to drive purchase frequency and brand loyalty.
  • Strengthen the social media presence to communicate brand equities and build loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media channels and evolving social media trends. Recommend new channels where we can interact with guests.
  • Post and monitor all social media channels and engage our guests online. Create influencer programs based on social media learning.
  • Analyze marketing performance to improve plans over time.
  • Stay in tune with industry trends, consider the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and make recommendations to improve overall company performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge and passion for high-end restaurants and offerings.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • A clear understanding of the Los Angeles market and events.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
