Job Responsibilities

• Review early level drawings and existing building conditions to understand the scope of work
• Collaborate with space planning and leasing teams on pre-lease project estimates
• Advise project management team on national and regional construction and pricing trends
• Collaborate with regional teams to establish cost and schedule estimate standards
• Advise space planning team on cost efficiencies in programming
• Assist project management team in establishing bid take off standards and templates for each region
• Maintain and update a database of historical cost data and unit prices

Job Requirements

• Strong Knowledge of Xcel, Word, MS Project
• Good working knowledge of local and national construction markets
• Maintain and update a database of historical cost data and unit prices.
• Rabbet or other project management software experience is a plus
• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or similar and/or two to four years relevant work experience
• The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), an ability to manage and prioritize tasks, leadership, superior organization, and be goal-driven.
