Our IT (full desk) Recruiters provide talent acquisition solutions in the areas of emerging technology - meeting the growing demands of hiring executives across our portfolio of clients. Our proven model of success, exceptional training program, and custom delivery platform helps ensure that our associates achieve maximum results to keep them focused on building strong relationships and generating sales. We build great client relationships through consultative selling, client site meetings, sales presentations and regular entertainment such as lunch/dinners, sporting events and exciting excursions.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Research, market and effectively present Judge services to new and existing clients
  2. Penetrate new business through in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives
  3. Generate new business through telephone calls and participation in networking organizations/events
  4. Successfully expand and maintain existing client base
  5. Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business
  6. Secure qualified opportunities from existing and new clients
  7. Successfully identify, engage and recruit top tier information technology talent
  8. Build and maintain candidate communities within emerging technologies (data science/advanced analytics, IoT, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Cloud, DevOps, etc...)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of business development, B2B sales or preferably full desk recruiting experience; with a proven track record of success
  2. Key traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented/money-motivated, strong desire to succeed, hunter/farmer
  3. Experience breaking and developing local mid-market and/or national accounts
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Bachelor's degree preferred
  6. Information technology industry experience preferred, but not a hard requirement for an energetic sales professional, that has the desire and aptitude to learn about the technology space.
