YOU
As a Business Analyst, you will assist in driving strategic initiatives through data analysis and Salesforce utilization. Your main focus will be on utilizing Salesforce to enhance sales team efficiency and ensure data-driven sales strategies align with business goals. Additionally, you’ll use Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to extract actionable insights and drive informed decision-making across the branch.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
- Process Development, Implementation, and Automation: Develop and implement processes within Salesforce. Analyze, streamline, and improve upon processes based on feedback and metrics. Automate tasks using Flow Builder to enhance efficiency and perform various tasks (sending emails, custom notifications, report distribution, credit application processing, new customer onboarding, etc.). Lead the setup of sales campaigns to support product marketing, sales goals, and market initiatives. Track and maintain campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization. (40%)
- Data Management: Manage data migration across multiple platforms to update existing customer account information and create new customer accounts. Collaborate with various departments, branches, and home office to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by cleansing existing records and guiding effective use of all data and CRM tools. Implement processes for data quality and provide training on Salesforce usage to ensure standardized practices remain consistent throughout the platform. (35%)
- Data Analytics and Sales Insights: Utilize and maintain all tracking and visualization platforms to generate insights into sales performance and customer behavior, facilitating informed decision-making. Prepare models and process maps for improvements, utilizing various platforms to optimize sales processes and enhance organizational efficiency. (20%)
- Other: Provide additional organizational and consultative administrative assistance and collaboration with other departments and branches when required. (5%)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2-4 years of Salesforce experience Required.
- Preferred experience in SAP.
- Preferred Salesforce Administration Certification.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in training others on Salesforce processes.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Understanding of sales and business processes.
- A willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and trends in sales technology.
- Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.

This position requires domestic and international travel up to 5% of the time.

PAY
$68,500 - $89,100/ year
