For candidates based in NYS, this position pay range is $40,400 - 46,300 annually.
2nd shift - 2:45pm to 11:15pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate files and record keeping.
* Provide administrative support to leadership staff.
* Type memos, forms, letters, reports and envelopes.
* Coordinate and administer facility phone system.
* Distribute faxes, copies, and mail daily.
* Assist and support Office Coordinator as needed or directed.
* Make copies and distribute.
* Analyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed by department.
* Prepare and distribute facility information to leadership.
* Responsible for clean ticket process and transportation tracking through technological systems.
* Maintain a clean, neat, and professionally organized front office and lobby areas.
* Represent HP Hood professionally and reinforce a positive brand image.
* Support SQF by maintaining the Control of Documents and Control of Records programs.
* Administer the plant security policy to visitors, including GMPs.
* Support SQF by completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner
* Enter finished goods production
* Adjust and accept batch tickets in the Hood system
* Balance and print the Plant shrinkage report
* Responsible for weekly reports.
* Responsible for ordering office supplies, janitorial supplies and misc. supplies
* Key contact for the Recall program in locating primary packaging lot number used in house.
* Key contact for the Recall program in the ingredient receiving lot numbers used in house
* Backup for the Administrative Receptionist
* The Administrative Receptionist will be responsible for the Senior Clerks duties in there absence
Education and Experience:
* Ability to type at least 50 words a minute
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills
* Excellent clerical skills and perception
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Training and/or experience as a secretary or other clerical assignment.
