Provide guidance and training to stakeholders regarding regulatory compliance as needed. Review, identify, and complete due diligence required for changes to existing tower configuration (collocations) and new tower construction, and all small cell deployment. Review permits and documents to track compliance with regulations and company policy.Responsibilities * Review and, when necessary, order applicable regulatory filings and other regulatory documentation for proposed collocations and new tower construction and small cell deployment. * Develop proficiency in interpreting, communicating and implementing FAA, FCC and NEPA guidelines: review documents for compliance with guidelines. * Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory personnel representing those carriers and clients with whom Crown has business dealings. * Research regulatory compliance inquiries as required, including review and analysis of acquisition due diligence and in response to alleged violations. * Develop and maintain relationships with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel, and other local, state and federal offices as required to assure prompt processing of Crown applications. * Ensure the legal department's regulatory standards and procedures are properly implemented and regulatory compliance is maintained. * Oversee the collection and maintenance of regulatory compliance data to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date. * Scan Regulatory documents and record as necessary in databases. * Research, analyze and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers for site regulatory information.
