Who We Are:
Our users are people who want to make the world a better place–primarily nonprofit and political organizations. DonorAtlas builds software that empowers them to efficiently find and research donors, democratizing access to capital for social good.
We started in early 2024 with a team of three; since launching in May, we’ve been doubling our user count every month and just raised our seed round.* We’re now looking to add more independent, talented engineers to our team as we grow.

What You Will Do:
- Own Product : Take full ownership of one or more key product modules from concept to launch.
- Collaborate and Lead : Collaborate closely with our small, technical team, and grow into a role where you will lead future hires & junior engineers
- Work In Person : Work daily from our NYC office (330 7th Ave, in Chelsea)

Requirements:
- Location : Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate
- Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Education : We value experience & skills over formal education or any specific degree
Our Hiring Process:
- Screening Call : A 30-minute call with our CEO to assess cultural fit and initial interest
- Tech Screen : A 15-minute technical screen with an engineer to assess technical fit
- Interview : One hour where you'll show something you’ve built and complete a coding task
- Two-Day Paid Trial : Spend two days working in our NYC office, getting to know the team and showing us what you can do in a real-world environment
