Travel Nurse RN - Home Health in Spokane, WA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Per contract, facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed.
**Experience:** 2 years of skilled home health experience required
**License:** Pending license accepted
**Certifications:** Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
**Must-Have:**
- Own transportation required
**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete up to six patient visits per day with a standard of 30 productivity points
- Document patient information using the EPIC charting system
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Floating between units not required
- Open to local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius
- Familiarity with Oasis preferred but not required
- Participate in a 40-hour orientation program
- Perform duties across various facilities within the state as needed
- Complete mandatory modules pre-start and annually
- Experience with grouping clients to minimize drive time
This role requires the nurse to have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring high-quality patient care in home settings.
