As the company Bookkeeper, you are a key team member, responsible for the accuracy of the entering of receipts and expenses, job costing, and invoicing and entering bills. The hours are flexible and part time A typical work week would range between 15-20 hours/week.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Entering of invoices and receipts daily ensuring job costing is captured correct and timely
- Record customer payments and deposits and make deposits daily
- Entering of all credit card receipts and bank expenses
- Work with project manager and support staff to collect draws and A/R timely and project weekly cash flow
- Use initiative to drive process improvements, maintain/review corporate policies/procedures
- Work with Owner to analysis previous year's financial data and create the annual budget
- Assist office staff when needed in answering phones, etc.
- Perform other duties as required
- Associates preferred in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- Quickbooks Online knowledge required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Professional communicator both written and oral
- Honest, hardworking team oriented
