CNC Lathe Machinist

Eastridge is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a CNC Lathe Machinist specializing in the production of high-quality machine parts made from alloyed steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous alloys, and plastic. We are looking for a dedicated individual eager to learn, who thrives with supervision, and has a self-starter attitude.
Major Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision machine parts
• Collaborate as a team player, assisting teammates with various tasks as needed
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement
• Follow production schedules to meet customer requirements
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO9001:2015 & AS9100 standards
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, and precision tools to ensure parts meet drawing specifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist with set up experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Must have personal basic measuring tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Physically capable of lifting 30 pounds
