TEKSystems is currently hiring for a Data Entry/Document Administrator role in the Baltimore City area!
*Location: *Baltimore, MD (ON -SITE NOT REMOTE)
*Schedule:* Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
*MUST HAVE: *Any experience in receptionist, call center, front desk, medical records, anything that would use data entry in the past!
*Description:*
* Scanning patient records
* Completing prep work on patient records and files to be submitted to electronic system
* Digitizing all paper charts/records-- Scan into system and index them
* Filing patient charts/records
* Assisting all Medical Records clerks with ensuring accuracy of records
* Communicating with various departments to access records and submit
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* Must have high school diploma or higher
* Must have at least 1+ years of work experience within customer service, administrative type role. DO NOT need to have medical records, however if they have ever done scanning/filing/indexing etc in any sort of job that would be a plus
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pound boxes
* Requires walking, standing, sitting, frequent stooping and bending, and lifting of heavy charts.
* Must have strong computer/communication skills/customer service
