Our focus is on cultivating and facilitating safe access to mushrooms both functional and medicinal with a mission to develop innovative solutions for treating mental health problems, enhancing vitality, and promoting overall wellness.
Role Description
This is a part-time role as a Co-Founder. As Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in daily activities related to business development, creating new products, strategic planning, fundraising and investor relations. This is a hybrid role that may require some travel between Oregon, Florida and Jamaica with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience raising equity and/or debt capital
- Analytical skills, including the ability to gather and analyze market data, trends, and customer insights
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas, negotiate, and build relationships
- Experience in sales and marketing, including conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and managing customer relationships
- Ability to research and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment principles
- Experience in the alternative / natural medicine or healthcare sectors is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration or S.T.E.M. related field is preferred.
Open Roles for Equity-Only Co-Founders and Board Members
We are seeking visionary leaders for the following roles, offering equity that will vest over four years.

Each co-founder will receive an equity percentage ownership, profit share thereafter and an allocation of any exit sale. Equity will vest over a four year period and we are seeking 3 more cofounders to partner with.
