Our continued growth and expansion across the Southeast has created the need for a full-time Market Development team member based in Atlanta, GA . This position is supported by existing design and project management professionals on staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with the GC, A&D, CRE and Project Management community in the GA market.
- Manage key relationships with calls, meetings, entertainment, and quality interactions that provide meaningful opportunities for project participation.
- Locate, source and develop opportunities to bid on wall projects in the GA market utilizing market intelligence and relationships in key roles.
- Work directly with Agyl’s design and project management teams to execute and deliver quality installations for a broad spectrum of clients.
- Organize weekly visits and presentations with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Working closely with A&D and GC community to define and understand project scope.
- Scale and grow Agyl Architectural market footprint in Atlanta and across the state.
- Strong professional communications skills and ability to foster relationships.
- Developing target sales funnel and tracking carefully to ensure successful outcomes.
- Travel primarily limited to GA and for annual team events.
- Self-disciplined, results oriented and motivated to earn business and develop an enduring reputation for the company.

- Existing relationships (preferred) with decision makers in GC, A&D, CRE and Project Management
- Recent experience selling to architecture, design and construction industry in Atlanta
- Wall experience not required, but could be a positive
