Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking a Program Manager for a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and/or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions.


This position requires on-site work in the McLean, VA and Washington, DC area at least 3 days a week.


Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Experience with large scale and diverse IT program management
  • Expertise in management and oversight of programs including multiple large or several small concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, able to train and manage other team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and nontechnical Federal Contractor personnel.
  • Expertise in program standards, leadership, coordination, Agile development implementation
  • Experience transitioning of delivered work products to separate contractor O&M team.
  • Ability to respond to requests for information, participate in proposal responses, manage a program-specific pipeline of organic growth opportunities, collaborate with business development and capture teams, participate and/or lead re-compete efforts, and provide past performance documentation.

Minimum Required Qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience serving as a program manager on software development projects.
  • Certified PMP
  • Desired skills: PMP, Agile Scrum
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
