Your Future Team

Hightower is looking for an Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team uses financial and operational data to support strategy development, drive growth initiatives and identify efficiencies in the organization. The team collaborates across the organization to support informed decision-making and strategy execution.

What You’ll Do

You will bring a blend of financial and analytical capabilities. You will aid the FP&A team in building and improving processes that drive the organization to scale at a pace required to support top-line growth. You will collaborate within the Finance team and across the organization to support financial and strategic planning, monthly and quarterly financial close processes, and building and analyzing business performance metrics.

Relevant experience includes Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, financial consulting, or other analytically driven roles.

  • Manage important elements of the financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning processes
  • Support decision-making across the organization by building financial models and providing a financial & analytical perspective
  • Provide a fresh perspective on current processes and a willingness to ask challenging questions and suggest alternative solutions
  • Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior management
  • Analyze the financial performance of the company to identify main reasons for growth or opportunities for increased operational effectiveness
  • Ownership of presentation materials for investors, Board of Directors, and senior management


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience
  • Solid baseline of financial concepts, financial modeling capabilities, and an understanding of core financial statements
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with other data processing/visualization tools a plus (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
